Legacy Labs was born in a regenerative medicine clinic. A front-office team was drowning in EHR re-keying, a CISO was terrified of AI, and the founder — Dan — had a spreadsheet full of priced-out automations that nobody on the market would ship the way the business actually needed.
So he shipped them himself. The results weren't demo-day magic; they were clinicians getting their afternoons back, billers closing cycles a week earlier, and a HIPAA audit trail that came back tighter than before the AI arrived.
Word travelled. Juan — who had closed several hundred real-estate deals across the country — saw the same pattern on the sales side of a dozen friends' businesses: great operators, stuck inside systems that wasted them. He joined to install the sales playbook he'd perfected, as a system.

If we can't put a dollar on the upside, we won't quote the work. The audit outputs a priced opportunity map; the install is sized to a specific return. No vapor, no slide-deck theater.
