Privacy policy

Last updated April 2026. Plain language first, lawyer-ready when needed.

01

Who this policy covers

This policy describes how Legacy Labs, Inc. (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact our team, or engage us for services.

It does not cover the personal information we process on behalf of clients under a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), or master services agreement — those terms govern client data.

02

What we collect

When you use this site, we collect standard access logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested). When you contact us — by form, email, or call — we collect the information you send us, including name, work email, company, and the question you're trying to answer.

We do not use third-party behavioural ad trackers. We do not sell personal information. We do not profile visitors for advertising purposes.

03

How we use it

We use the information to respond to you, to understand site usage at aggregate scale, to prevent abuse, and to comply with our legal obligations. Nothing else.

04

Who we share it with

We use a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics) under standard processor terms. We never share your information with marketing, advertising, or data-broker providers.

05

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you. To exercise them, email privacy@getlegacylabs.com. We respond within thirty days.
