Omnicure Clinical Research

Intake re-keying killed. EHR sync on autopilot. HIPAA audit trail tightened end-to-end.

Clinical research organization · multi-site
The story

Omnicure runs a distributed clinical-research operation with coordinators drowning in EHR re-keying. Every intake, every patient update, every sponsor check was hand-typed twice across systems that didn't talk.

We shadowed the coordinators for three days, priced each recurring task, and shipped a HIPAA-compliant agent that reads intake forms and writes to the EHR with a reviewer gate. By week two, re-keying was gone. By week four, coordinators had a full afternoon back.

They didn't try to sell us a platform. They watched how we worked for two weeks, then handed back a system that ran itself.

Clinical ops lead, Omnicure Clinical Research

The system we installed

  • 01An agent that reads inbound data (intake, lead, ticket) within 90 seconds of receipt.
  • 02A reviewer gate on every irreversible action — keeps a human in the loop where judgement matters.
  • 03Bi-directional sync with the stack already paid for: no new app to open.
  • 04Full audit log of every agent action, scoped to the operator who owns the flow.
  • 05A named internal champion with direct access to our team on weekly ops calls.
